Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light side by side stroller. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage options, including cupholders for both parents and children, a child's sippy-cup pouch, a parent's storage pocket, etc. The stroller can also be used with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller into an adult stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children 6 months and older. The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking feature which means it won't be the best option for steep or rocky terrain. It is able to maneuver well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still an excellent choice for the majority of families. This is one of the smallest and light double strollers that comes with full-size features.
